Do you offer online or telehealth sessions?

Yes! In addition to in-person sessions at my Aurora, CO office, I offer secure video sessions for clients who prefer remote counseling.

How much do sessions cost?

Standard 50-minute sessions are $150.

I offer clinical supervision services for LPC and LAC (Licensced Addiction Counselor) candidates for $130.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we currently accept Medicaid, Medicare, and some commercial insurance plans. Because coverage can vary, we recommend contacting us directly to verify your benefits before your first appointment.

What types of therapy do you offer?

I provide therapy for individuals 18+ addressing concerns such as Trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, chronic pain and medical trauma, and personal growth. My approach is somatic and body-centered, integrating movement and a variety of techniques, including EMDR, tailored to address the unique needs of clients.
